A fierce advocate for London's nightlife economy for over 30 years, City Halo founder Liam O'Hare is deeply committed to supporting independent businesses that make a genuine cultural impact.
Immersed in the capital's nightlife since his first job as bartender in Camden in the early 90s, Liam was General Manager of the legendary The End nightclub from 1995 - 2007, when nights like Trash revolutionised the electronic music scene worldwide, while creating incredible late night experiences and memories for a generation of Londoners.
Away from the music, Liam and The End pioneered customer safety practice and community engagement that are still globally influential. Liam's interest in the licensing process was crystallised when he successfully became the Holder and DPS of Camden’s first 24-7-365 licence in 2005, and in 2012 he became a full time licensing consultant.
He's since guided businesses and events of all sizes - from music festivals and venues to retail developments to art galleries to restaurants - to get, and keep their licences, with an approach that's strongly rooted in cultural merit and community engagement.
Our mission is to help projects like yours make the London we love a more vibrant and exciting place.
Every consultation starts with a free, no obligation conversation with Liam to learn more about your project, your ambitions, your timescale and your budget.
